This policy explains the data handling visible in the ProductGen website code and the third-party services used to deliver the site. It is not a statement that ProductGen meets every privacy law; obtain legal advice for your specific circumstances.

1. Data Collection

The website stores some preferences in your browser so features such as saved tools, comparison lists, recent searches, theme, and display preferences can work. These values are stored locally and are not submitted to a ProductGen account service by the current site code. When you load a page, the hosting and delivery providers receive ordinary request data such as IP address, requested URL, and browser information to deliver and secure the site.

• Local browser storage: Favorites, comparison selections, recent searches or viewed listings, theme, and interface preferences may be stored on your device.
• Email: If you email us, we receive the address and any information you choose to include. The website currently has no newsletter subscription or tool submission backend.

2. Advertising & Cookies (AdSense Compliance)

The website includes a Google AdSense publisher script. Whether ads are served also depends on Google and publisher account settings. When Google services or ads are used, Google may receive information such as the page URL and IP address and may use or read cookies or similar technologies to provide, measure, and personalize ads, subject to your settings and consent choices.
